Tootsie's continues to impress. Went in on the last Monday in June, so the rent is due and the girls were out in force. Lots of hot young women, mostly Central and South American, with plenty of white, black and a couple of Eastern Europeans. Very good selection of upper echelon girls and this is a Monday afternoon! Tootsies is absolutely massive, so be prepared for that. The vibe was pretty laid back. I spent most of my time tipping by the stage, but all kinds of girls were making all kinds of VIP promises. Not sure if that was just talk or not. Regardless, this is a very strong club.
