I was in town to work...

I was in town to work with one of my best clients: the company is prompt about paying bills, the people are genuinely eager about improving their business, and the COO is a recognized VIP at most of the area strip clubs. I give them a discount off my normal per diem rate, but getting treated at local clubs makes up for it in my mind.<br>

It was Thursday night, and I had just put the finishing touches on a 6 week assignment. My client suggested we celebrate by hitting a couple of clubs. In the interest of bettering customer relations I happily agreed to meet him at St. James. It had been a long time since I had been to this establishment, so I was interested to see if there were any changes. I seemed to remember valet parking, but after a waiting a minute or so another car pulled in behind me and honked. I went ahead and self-parked and entered. I was 5 minutes early and texted my client to let him know I would get a table and wait for him. About 30 seconds later I got a response that he was already there and soon we were both being waited on by one of the most beautiful waitresses I’d seen in a very long time.<br>

There were probably 25 dancers on duty, and it seems that there were a lot more girls of color than I remembered from my last visit, but overall they were still the same 7.5 average on the looks scale. While IMHO, there were no 10’s on duty, there were a couple of solid 9’s to balance out the two 5’s (one too old/tired looking and the other just plain overweight). This is definitely a place where if you’re not spending a fair amount of cash, then you are probably going to be neglected all night. I contrast this to Baby Dolls back in Dallas, where the dancer to customer ratio is more favorable, and the girls do a pretty good job of cleaning out everyone’s wallet. I’ll guess 15% of the gents at St. James that night got next to no attention from dancers. Luckily, my client host was quickly recognized by one of the dancers, and soon she hailed a friend over and so we both had company.<br>
