PHC seems well managed. The club is clean. The staff are mostly professional. But sometimes waitresses seemed to want to hang out with generous customers. Can not blame them, money is why people work in a club. On plus size, I do not feel pressured to buy drinks.<br>

The dancers range from 5s to 9s. The dancers are not pushy. They take no for an answer. <br>

Most dancers do not hang out downstairs. After their round on stage, they go to their regulars or to someone that expressed an interest. If there is no one, they head upstairs until their next stage round. So if I see someone pretty, tip her in stage and tell her that you are intetested. Then you have a chance unless she has a regular or a bigger spender. It once took me 4 visits to get a dance from my "10". Michelle had a beautiful smile and awesome legs.<br>
