When you come from an area where some clubs provide only air dances, even in the lapper area, and even the thought of touching the places you really want to touch is often outlined as being off-limits before you sit down for an LD, a trip to Detroit is like going from the airplane ride in front of a department store that costs you 25 cents per ride to riding one of the world's biggest roller coasters.
It had been three years since the first and only time I had been able to club in the D. My first trip was very rookie-ish. Got dances from two girls that night -- one whose service was limited and uninspiring, the other had a full menu but wasn't very inspiring, either, and I left both unsatisfied and feeling like I had busted my budget with little return.
