Stopped in to Top Hat around...

Stopped in to Top Hat around 2:00 PM while making calls in Mansfield. There were seven girls sitting at the bar in bikinis and no one dancing on stage. I was the only customer and the bartender told me that all the girls just came in from sunning themselves out on the smoking patio. The quality of the dancers on call would be rated a 6 or less. Private dances are $25 and no deals are offered during the afternoon. I had a couple of dances with a blond with hair down to the small of her back. That was her best feature. She had man made Cs that were as hard as a rock. To make maters worse all the dancers at this club wear silver dollar size band aids to cover their nipples. I was told by a dancer that they were told that they could be fined by the state up to $20,000 if they were caught without the pasties. I did have some fun with a young brunete who told me that this was her first day dancing and she hadn't done a private dance yet. I didn't believe her at first however I offered to buy her a drink and the bartender didn't charge me because she hadn't earned anything yet at the club. I went back to the VIP cubicles with her and she did not know her way around. When the new song began she asked if she was supposed to take her top off for the dance. I said yes and she removed her top. When I began to explore her geography with my hands she stopped me and said she did not know whether customers are allowed to touch the dancers. I told her that I have had several dances here and they were allowed (LOL). She believed me so I did a second dance.
