Stopped about 10pm on a Tuesday. Plenty of free off street parking. Sands has a neighborhood bar feel, no cover per se, friendly waitress and $5 cokes (no alcohol). If that's what you're looking for, you're in luck, if you're looking to for a strip club, Sands is a total waste of time.<br>

I was the only customer (explains the plentiful parking) with four dancers, two were pfat bottom, gangsta sisters, very rough looking too low to rate, and two 2s at best, cute skinny no boobs or ass brunette with, braces and a blonde with the body of a 12 yr old boy, neither looked to be 16. Gave some pity tips at the stage and was offered a good time in the back for $40 per song. I would have felt like a cradle robber, so drank my coke and left.<br>

Was expecting a good time based on the previous reviews, the must have been talking about a different Sands, the Sands I visited was a total disappointment. Don't waste you time.
