This place has changed its name in recent years, as have a number of Bristol clubs, and now goes under the guise of Temptations. In fairness to the place it looks rather swish, and the drinks are reasonably priced, but that's about it in terms of plus points.

Yes, it was quite early on a Thursday and you can't expect a lot. Yes, I've been to places where the girls have been a lot less friendly. But in the final analysis what a club must be judged on is the quality of the dances and the overall experience, and I was bored. The dance was ok, but let down by a lack of enthusiasm from the dancer (who was sporting a rather large plaster on her upper leg), and there was little else of interest in the club aside from a trainee barman making a hash of drinks orders.

Don't write off the club based solely on this review. It may well be worth visiting at busier times. But I'd be inclined to try elsewhere before coming back.
