Check it out. Your little brother Slick got out of night court at about 6:30 pm. Yeah, I fought the law and the law won. So be it. At least I get traffic school. Feeling bummed that the CHIP made it to court, I decided that a trip to Monarch's would make me feel much, much better. I wasn't too far away and I was parking in front of Jurassic in no time at all. <br>

Now, I have never been to Monarch's on a Monday so I didn't know what to expect. What I wasn't expecting was being swallowed up by the sheer emptiness of this den of delight. i sat down and was approached by a cute waitress. A bottle water for The kid, por favor. This being Cinco de Mayo, I figured that la gente would be out in force, tipping the ladies, and getting grandiose grinds. Boy was I wrong.<br>
