I have reviewed the Penthouse few times over the last couple years and like many of the clubs in area the environment shifts as new girls rotate in and management changes. My last review Nov 2013 I decided to give the Penthouse a rest as the quantity and quality of the girls was slipping and for what it costs to spend time there it just wasn't worth it to me. For those of you who are new to the board or area Penthouse, Coliseum, flight club and Scores are in my mind the nicest and most expensive clubs in terms of the upscale interior etc, there are many 2nd tier clubs, toy chest, BT's where your money goes a lot further and then there are end of the line clubs Bogart's comes to mind. For this review I wanted to report few visits I have made to penthouse March and April all my visits were during the week except for one Sunday. My 1st visit in March I noticed that the one of the floor managers was gone, and some of the girls informed me that they the numbers of days they could work had been reduced or frozen, meaning they could not just drop in as easy as before and schedule was being controlled tighter. Prices for entering are $15.00 after 7 pm, booth tip $20.00 always works for me, valet + tip $10.00 and 1st drink + tip $15.00 so when you sit down you have invested 45- 60 dollars so cost to play is high. Keep in mind this is not the club for thrift mind set. On a positive note the girls to customer ratio was good for customer and girls seem to have realized that volume is the way to go lower prices in the vip that was for me was a positive surprise. My last 2 visits in April were really back to the good old days, one Friday the place was popping by 9 pm the upstairs bar was rocking and the rail was occupied with guy's waiting for vip lot of new girls, mostly 7-8's, couple 9's no 10's very few less than 6 so all in all positive change. The newer girls have really made impact on price structure, I am not in to really drawn out negation so I am sure better deals are available. Even some of the girls I know from the past have joined the volume crowd. This is the biggest change I have noticed, the vip experiences are much less expensive, of course they start off with the $$$$$+ figure and I reply with a little chuckle and before I can say much we are now at $$$. I actually was talking to a blond spinner type- mya or ? for about 30 minutes in March said she was new and claimed she was an entertainer no menu, when I spoke to he in April she told me she was now a dancer and was running down the menu so fast I had to laugh. I took her up on her offer of $.5 for half of the half and half that was her opening figure I am sure I could have bargained for $ - $.25 or less. In march I took 2 girls to vip for similar experience, damage with tips $$$ total, I did buy them drinks so you could add cost of 2 drinks. Keep in mind these girls are 7+ quality girls. In summary while Penthouse is still not back to never let you down party on demand environment, my sunday visit was slow, it has improved quite a lot since fall of last year in what counts quality and quantity of dancers. The cost of admission, eating and drinking at Penthouse remain high, the cost to play is down to the level of 2nd tier clubs and in some cases like what is reported at Bogart's. The girls are friendly and are open about the options, you can have great time at a more reasonable cost
