What can I say? NOLA...

What can I say? NOLA has been good to me. I am trying to branch out a bit from my favorite spot, which is still Temptations. Visions is a bit more out of the way. I normally like to walk to the clubs on Burbon Street from my hotel; but this one requires a cab or a rental car. I had heard, however, that it was a little more "friendly" than the clubs in the French Quarter, so I went out of my way to give it a try on my last business trip.

The club is really more of a locals place than the tourist traps in the French Quarter, so I guess I stuck out like a sore thumb. If there is any extra special treatment to be had here it must go to the guys who the dancers recognize as regulars. Either that, or I was wearing the wrong deoderant or something.

Don't get me wrong. I had a nice time and there were some pretty girls there. I just didn't find anything about the club to be any better than the places on Burbon Street that were more convenient. So I took my typical NOLA club ranking of 8 and knocked off two for the cab ride out there and back.
