I was in Charlotte for the CIAA Tournament, and was looking to duck out of traffic. The Black strip clubs didn't open until night, so I tried the Gentleman's Club. It was before 6 PM, so the cover was free . . thank goodness.

I'm not used to being igged in a club, but that's what happened for about 45 minutes. Most of the dancers gravitated to what seemed were their regulars, and the ones who were free bypassed me. I tipped the stage twice, but basically sat at my table drinking a beer. The dancer that I tipped ended up giving me a dance, which was lackluster as hell. After that dance, I decided it was time to go back to my hotel, and get ready for the night parties in Charlotte.

Total loss = $20 . . 2 beers + 1 dance
