This review is for the D'pelufos location in Alajuela near San Jose's Juan Santamaría International Airport. The club is located about 3 blocks west of the Hampton Inn and Fiesta Casino/Denny's.

Cover charge is $5 and includes 2 drink tickets. The club is clean and well kept. When you enter there are two stages, a large one on the left and a smaller, oval-shaped stage in the center. The club opens at around 9 PM and the girls start dancing at about 9:45. On Tuesday and Wednesday nights, they have 2 for 1 lap dances from 10-11 PM, check the website for details. This is primarily a private room lap dance club, only one girl dances at a time, and there are often intervals of a song or two when no one is one stage.

The girls here are not pushy at all, and will rarely approach you. If you show some interest they might ask you to buy them a drink ($10), and of course this is the price if you want them to hang out and talk with you. If you want a dance you ask the girl and then go pay at a stand located between the bar and the DJ booth. The man will take your money and give a receipt to the girl.
