I love Tootsies. Its on my way back home from work and many times I just stop by simply to have a drink. They have a 2 4 1 happy hour before 8PM every simple day of the week, you can't beat that! There is always a large assortment of girls for every taste and they are not pushy to get a tip or anything. If you feel like spending some time with a girl, you can, otherwise if you feel like enjoying your drink and enjoy the view, that's fine too. The place is just great, the only downside are the chairs in the main area, there is no way your back can take the torture of seating there for 15 minutes without having to change positions, otherwise I would have given Tootsies a 10 in Physycal Club Rating.
