I had one 5/50 dance before the “changing of the guard ceremony” to introduce the night shift. I don’t know why they insist on this daily ritual of re-introducing the departing dayshift, before introducing night shift. Between introductions they wipe down the poles in ritualistic fashion. All in all, it wastes 10-15 minutes.
