That was the name of the original club, that was seized by the government.

Then the then Penthouse Club "stole" the name and called its self Crazy Horse III.

So when the Crazy Horse Too reopened, the Crazy Horse III sued them for the name use.

Well yesterday the judge threw out the law suit and let the Crazy House Too resume using the name.
