I stopped in on a late Friday, and there seem to be some improvements. It looked like the club has a new manager. They also have a real digital jukebox. Prices were the same old, same old, but there might be some policy changes. I purchased two dances, both for 10 minutes. First one was from a sexy latina girl named Dani. This part surprised me - I purchased only 5 minutes for $30. At the end of 5, she offered 5 more for $20 as in the 10min/$50 rate. In the past the girls haven't made this offer (once you bought 5, another 5 meant $30 more). Also, while touching was not encouraged, I was not told to put my hands above my shoulders like in past visits. I did not push the touching envelope, but I kept my hands on her calves/hips without issue. This enhanced the dance for me. I also received a dance from a brunette with the stage name Platinum. She allowed the same light touching without any issue. FWIW, a friend said the girl told him "you have amazing self restraint" and it might have been because he was following the touching policy we're most familiar with. If Platinum is dancing, go up to the stage. She's the only CR dancer I've seen "pop" her pussy right in your face - sure a lot show off, but this was a real pop (like the rappers talk about). The Cafe will never be like the Tampa clubs, but I'm encouraged it's getting better. The low ratings I give are limitations they can't overcome, not a reflection of a bad experience.
