I can't believe that this used to be Louie's Rogue! Got in for free as my boss is treated like VIP here (told $35 otherwise). Typical high end strip club layout: leather seating, flat screens on the wall, top shelf liquor. Waitresses and staff were super friendly. Women were 6-7 range (a vast improvement over the 2-3 range L ouie's had) and it was a good place to chill. Talking to staff, they didn't want to be known as a black strip club, but they are, because every dance I saw was black.

Unfortunately, this being DC, no laps or mileage can be had; however, a few black girls offered takeout and i got the impression more could be had OTC. One-skinny toned black chick, a solid 7, and a short, slightly chunky 6 with a beautiful set of tits. Go here and chill and find a girl for take out because you won't get any otherwise.
