I have been going to puerto penasco aka rocky point for years. I have been to this club and guaw guaw many times before. I am an American and have been on busy holiday wknds and also quieter wknds and never had any issues with this club. This club feels way more laid back without waiters trying to hustle you to buy girls drinks or get dances every 5 mins. They still will try and get you to buy girl a drink which is usually a pretty pricey drink. If you go on a busy or holiday wknd they have a better selection of girls who come in town to work for the busy time. I prefer when its quiet. The dances for a private dance in a booth in back is $20 but usually they will try and give you like 3 songs for $30 or cut you some type of deal. The waiter/bouncer negotiates everything and he will be up front with you on what you want and what you can get everything from HJ, BJ to taking girl to the back of club where they have a couple small hotel rooms. The cost I've been quoted is anywhere from 90-160 US dollars and ,ake sire you negotiate because girl usually still try's to get a tip and the bouncer will also try and get a tip for hooking you up. Like I said it's not in a bad or scary way that's just the way clubs are there and I am in there country and club so I just plan on doing all that stuff anyway and I am always treated like a king when I am there. My only real other tip would be to get a $20-30 dance from a girl to see how she is and you can get the idea from that if it would be worth it to explore some other options with that one and if dance is bad or lame then move on.
