I have been coming to this bar for years and I always feel comfortable here, even when they make changes.This is a popular destination for strip club goers on the east side of town. It can be hit and miss though, but this visit was good. A dancer who was pretty, but gave so-so dances, has had an epiphany and decided to give up being modest in exchange for the $$$, Lucky for me!! LOL. Had some pretty good mileaage with some of the regulars. With the demise of the old Candy Store, this has been my go-to club for fun. Although Venom is starting to pick-up.

One of the good things is that the "Captains Lounge or the old "Champagne Room" its a free entrance, is pretty private, and dances are $20. Floor dances are up to $10 for most dancers although you can negotiate for multiple dances. There is a semi-private "VIP" niche, but the cost for that is around $15. Better off going to the private CL for better dances. With the Gem show in full swing in Feb, expect it to be crowded at night, even clubs on the east side do good business during this time..
