Honey's is hot. The same guys own Ricks down the road. They only have the one stage (Ricks has 2) but they have a much better VIP area. The dancers are good looking, some better than Rick's, some not. the girls at Honeys will give more "extras" than at Ricks, so I like to go to Honey's even though the girls overall are hotter at Ricks.
