Envy used to be one of our favorite clubs, but the former owner/manager Rusty is no longer there and its been downhill since. The girls we saw there recently are NOT what you would expect from a classy little joint. Way past the time for them to retire. The daytime bartender is an adorable petite little redhead who could be the show all her own if she could run the bar and dance too. Will keep check in there to see if it gets better. Tampa is losing its lunchtime fun.
