In an industrial area of south Denver, in the neighborhood where Santa Fe splits into a divided highway is this little known club. The sign says "Topless Show" and nothing saying "Maxim" or "Paper Tiger" or anything. "Topless Show"is a generic descriptive and thus could not qualify as a trade mark or service mark. It is a friendly neighborhood bar (by which I mean a friendly bar in the neighborhood, not a bar in a friendly neighborhood) and the talent is fair to good, but all of them are friendly. This is a smaller than average club that has managed to keep clear of the clutches of the Evil Empire. (There is also a Maxim's in Paris known for stripping and nude dances, but they don't have to worry about the competition.) You can sit here with a beer all afternoon and just watch the girls smile at you...Smile back, these are nice girls. Prices are reasonable, although there is no VIP room to vacuum out your billfold. You will enjoy this hidden gem.
