It was New Year's Day afternoon, and thus few people staggering in or out. A great place to celebrate the morning after. As I remarked in an earlier review, this is a friendlier and less formal downtown place than the Diamond, and the kinder, gentler side of the Evil Empire. Once again, convenient location and beautiful hostess at the door...where do they find them all. The dancers, considering the time of day, were welcome and friendly. Yes, it does get costly, especially when they depart from one of the stages and ask if they can entertain you at your seat. But 2014 got off to a good start before I left 50-plus Colorado on a long-delayed flight to subzero Minnesota. The smile of the door girl in my memory kept me warm....not long enough.
