I'm a local resident, and the Pink Monkey is the last place I would go to in Chicago, after visiting one time. I bet that if some genius mba person checked their credit card receipts, they would see that 98% of their business is from tourists. In addition to the high admission and mandatory two (non-alcohol) minimum, if you bring your spouse/gf, you are out almost $80 before you give one tip. In Las Vegas, which relies ALOT on tourists, the local clubs give a resident discount so the locals get in for less than the tourists. Do you think the Pink Monkey would consider that? Their rip-off plan, I mean package, comes complete with a website that doesn't mention prices. Girls are nice but it's not a reasonably priced club for what you get.
