I stopped in here on Thursday night around 7:30 because I was on my home from the Silver Criket and I could not resist the allure of the dive. It was like going from the circus to the sideshow. On the way in you pay the (pre-8:00 )cover of $9.00 which gets you all the soft drinks you can stomach. I also got a very formal welcome and a pretentious guided tour. Must be 'cause I had a sportcoat on. After you pass through the sexshop (The Love Boutique (!)), you enter the main room. There is a stage up front with a shelf like railing with seats and then in front of that there are tables and comfortable chairs. While I was there the customer total was five and dancers 5. Good ratio but not much else. The dances are one at atime and three sets with topn top off and bottoms off. Girls were manly skinny and young with minimal social skills. I was pitched on dances immediately and the dancers do circulate off stage. My first dance was a $15.00 special and was uninspired by local standards. My second one was pitched to me as a $100.00 fifteen minute "V.I.P." I was assured that this would be a lot more fun and the girl I took back said was "very dirty" I only did this for investigative purposes and for the benfit of future TUSCLers who might be tempted. SAVE your money. I know that Ypsi and Ann Arbor are underserved but this was joke. My favaorite part was the emcee. A large man in a shabby tux with a microphone trying to create excitement where there was none. No action,no excitement, no drinks and no fun unless you like the silly theatricality of it all.The sad part is that the private area was kinda' nice. Couches and rails on the wall so the girl can move around (they don't move around much). I really do not know who would like this place unless you don't drive and can only walk to this place. Even the Hot Spot is more fun than this palce.
