This is my first time there...

This is my first time there since it became Mardi Gras Oxford. The outside looks the same, but the inside has been completely redone. When you walk in, they ask for your license and then scan it in to their computer. That surprised me, not sure what personal information they just obtained. Once you get past that you can see that the stage was completely redone. The stage height is about 4 feet high with the bar in the middle and chairs on the outside. Your neck can get sore from looking straight up. I had a beer and watched the show. The dancers were nice to look at and evenutally one came over to talk. She was hispanic, thin and athletic, and nice to talk to. She offered a private dance, but I wasn't staying long and declined, but I'm guessing it would have been nice. The private dance area is much more private than before and could be fun. The other dancers were all good looking, one step down from model material, mostly white. It seems like it could be a nice place to go if you had more time, but I'm not sure I like having my ID scanned in.
