I'm not a heavy frequenter or strip clubs, but I've got to say, crazy horse is one of the best I've been to. The ladies there were all well above average from what I've seen, and we're friendly without being pushy almost without exception. I went with a couple of coworkers, so I can't speak to the private dances, but I was definitely tempted.
