This was my second visit to a Spearmint Rhino, so I knew more or less what to expect. The club was tastefully decorated in deep reds and wood, with a fireplace off to one side. There were private booths with curtains and a semi-private area around the edge for lap dances.

I ended up there on a Thursday afternoon/evening, trying to avoid traffic from a bad accident on the 60. When I got there, I saw about four day-shift girls and one of them told me there wouldn’t be a lot of stage dances, because the day shift was winding down. I held out for a 2-for-1 special and then got a couple of topless lap dances. It was a little awkward, because my dancer’s roommate had another customer just on the other side of the divider. There was another 2-for-1 special right after, and in a perfect world, I would have swapped out my girl for her roommate. That didn’t end up happening.

There was about a 30-minute stretch with no girls to be seen before the night shift started. Somewhat disappointing, but I can’t say if this is standard or because of the traffic. Night shift started off with another 2-for-1, and I got a couple of topless dances from a girl with small boobs and big, beautiful nipples. Then I decided to brave the traffic and head home. I would probably go back again, given the chance.
