I'm very pleasantly surprised with most everything about this new club opening on the location of an old, run-down club. It has been COMPLETELY redone inside and is beautiful...first-class job in all senses. For the most part, very attractive women, collected from DC clubs (and, I understand, Baltmore clubs). Waitresses and security VERY friendly. You are welcomed to the club by the staff as at any well-run establishment. I am enthusiastic about the club, and I'll bet you will too.

That said, here are some areas for improvement. The appetizers I've had were **tiny** and overcooked--and very overpriced, especially in view of the small size. The tub chairs are confining and very retro (in a bad way) designwise--otherwise the design of the club is GREAT! However, the fact that you have to go up stairs to enter is very "un-DC." Ideally, they'll find a wway to incorporate an elevator.

Drink pricing is at the upper end of the acceptable range. They may want to consider cutting the drink prices and tripling the size of the patronage. But this club seems so professionally run, they'll no doubt figure out what adjustments to make over time.
