I am not even sure where to begin. Based on reviews, the Sunday evening hot tub party seemed like it would make for the best first impression of this club. Um... no. We are a reasonably attractive couple in our early 30s. While I am sure we excited some people when we walked in, we could not say the same for the crowd. There were about 30-40 people there. Upon arrival we were givin the tour by the owners of the house whom we must say were very friendly and polite. We'd love to say there was the smell of sex in the air but it was just a hint B.O. We were definitely the youngest couple there with the average age seemingly mid forties to sixties. Single men are allowed to attend. The reason many places do not allow single men was demonstrated by the crowd of men huddled quietly in the "red room" stroking themselves while in their towel or nude themselves when 1 couple decided to have sex publicly. The house and pool area seemed to be reasonably maintained for a place outdated buy a few decades but still left much to be desired. Might recommend this place for the middle age swinger crowd if you are open to average shapes and sizes. We will not be returning.
