I have been trying some of the clubs outside of Nashville since there doesn't seem to be much fun in Nashville. So I headed down the road to the Watering Hole. I paid a $5 cover and walked in. The place is certainly nothing fancy but not too bad.

The dancers were going topless on stage and I spoke to several about the rules for lap dances. They all seemed to have a pretty open menu and good two way contact was standard. Several hinted that a tip of $50 - $75 could get you anything that you wanted. I did not partake so I cannot confirm this. There also didn't seem like there was enough privacy for me to be comfortable with that.

Overall this is a good option for this part of the country if you don't mind the rough edges but nothing too special.
