This place is HUGE, and filled with prime talent. However, if you want the cream of the crop, they're usually upstairs in VIP. Get to know some of the VIP hosts and they'll take care of your party with decent rates on bottles and the girls will swarm the table.

There are a lot of latinas, but any flavor can be had at Tootsie's. I encountered a couple girls who were FOB and barely spoke english, but they were so hot it didn't matter. Buy the American girls drinks to sit and chat, take the FOB latinas back for a dance, trust me.
