Cheerleaders is large and comfortable. The bar is roomy, although it is a little weird to be so far from the stage, and I just don't get into wadding up bills and throwing them at the dancers. The girls are generally great looking and nice. The choice always comes down to Blush or Cheerleaders in downtown Pittsburgh, the main differences being that Blush is nude on the stage and Cheerleaders is merely topless, but with Cheerleaders you get a generally nicer looking bunch of girls and a little more privacy in the curtained-off rooms. YMMV, but depending upon the girl I have generally found the privacy at Cheerleaders makes for a better time, and the nude half hour dances end up being a better value than the serial one-song nude lap dances behind the curtains at Blush.
