Today was a somewhat unusual day...

Today was a somewhat unusual day at Chicas, so I cut it short. Basically, I was getting upsold by one of the dancers, which normally is not the case. But C--o wanted to move away from the wall booths into the first upgrade private area, which involved $10 for the bar. I humored her, because she seemed otherwise hot to go. My intent was to keep everything above the Mason-Dixon line, and went for 4 dances @ $10 each. Then came the upsell, I could drop south of Mason-Dixon for 3 1/2 remaining dances and stay there for an additional $20. I went for it, but once the bargain was reached the seldom-access limit was imposed. It was discouraging, but then I was the one who let it happen. As I was then in a grumpy mood and the rest of the dancers didn't look too appealing, I called it a day. Normally the dancers there don't push for upsells, so I don't regard this as definitive. Then tracks were made over to the Hi-Liter, where things were better.
