On a recent trip to check out the strip club scene in the Lake Geneva area of Wisconsin, I visited the three strip clubs of Walworth County: the Sugar Shack in Lake Geneva and Vegas Gentlemen's Club and the Show Palace, both near Darien. This is my review of Show Palace; see also my reviews of Sugar Shack and Vegas Gentlemen's Club.

Vegas is located at the intersection of US 14 and Sharon & Darien Town Line Road, about 3 miles southeast of Darien. I visited on a Tuesday afternoon about 3:00 and stayed for an hour. I think I paid no cover and bought a large Coke for $3, but the second Coke was free (!). About six dancers were working while I was there, mostly black. Over the years I have tended to gravitate to dancers of color -- black, Latina, Asian -- because my world is otherwise quite white and because, in my experience, the minority girls provide more fun in the private dance area. Here, however, none of the dancers appealed to me at all except for a somewhat overweight but exotic-looking girl from Bosnia (!!) with enormous breasts. When I discussed private dances with her and learned that (a) they cost $25 and (b) no touching of titties was allowed, I lost all remaining interest and left.

As you will see from my review of Sugar Shack, stage dances there were nude, private dances were high-touch, and even the beer was cheaper. Among the three strip clubs in Walworth County, I would certainly rank Sugar Shack as the best.
