Tootsies can be expensive but offer more. I went three times in the last two days, once in the early evening, then late at night, then again in the early evening.

When you walk in, girls will approach you. I can't get over the fact that you are SUPPOSED to touch them and hug them. So you talk and then they offer you a dance, and you can either accept or not. Most of the girls are from Cuba. I've had a few that don't speak English well and they offer a dance right up the bat and walk away if you say no. Others talk to you more, touch you more, even touch you on your privates. No matter how hot, I want to talk before I get a dance, ESPECIALLY if it is early evening before the business picks up.

While it is free in the early evening, and you can roam anywhere, this place can get expensive at night, and less desirable. The girls late at night hang out upstairs, and you have to be a VIP to go up there.
