I was in Florida for a seminar, and having read all of the Tootsie's reviews, knew I had to stop there. I went to a Marlins game and then headed for the club. Color me only somewhat impressed. I'm jaded by living in Las Vegas, however overall this was a good, not great club. For me, it was too well lit, although given the relative privacy of the lap dance area, that wasn't too horrible. $5 cover was cheap, no complaints there. Drink prices were on the high side, and not worse than I expect with a titty bar. Dancer quality was 6-8, I'd say. It took a while until I saw any that really made me look twice. I finally got a dance from a blonde named Britney. She was very nice and explained that the contact rules are fairly lax, pretty much everything but "the front of the panties." Did 1 dance which was nice, and nothing more than I could get at a zillion clubs here in LV. I missed winning the Wheel of Friction by 1 number, which was disappointing, and that did make things a bit more fun.

I couldn't free up time on the rest of my trip for a return visit, and if I ever am in Miami again I'll do one. It wasn't bad, just not as good as all the reviews led me to believe.
