After a few vacation days in Detroit, I moved on to Grand Rapids for another few days. I was aware of the strict local ordinances that ban topless dancing and touching and decided to see how much fun could be had in a bikini bar.

I visited Sensations, situated in a safe shopping and residential area on the southeast side of Grand Rapids, between about 9:30 and 11:30 on a Saturday night. Cover was about $4 and a beer was about the same. The club is rather nice inside, featuring a well-stocked bar along one side and a long stage with a pole at each end. I watched the entire rotation of around six dancers, including a stunning black girl and a very attractive Asian chick.

I ended up getting two private dances each from the black girl and a very friendly white girl who won my business by sitting and chatting very interestingly when I arrived. Dances were $20 each, the top stayed ON, and the hands (mine at least) stayed on the hips or waist -- no fondling the funbags! Actually the black girl gave me such a great grind that I could have gone to my happy place right there in the lapdance area, but I chose not to.
