Just like lots of the previous reviews say, Visions is a great hangout for locals and regulars. But it's also a great place to visit if you're from out of town - the girls will still make you feel welcome. The French Quarter clubs have some pretty girls, and are easy to get to, but they can be expensive, finding the right girl for a lapper is hit or miss, and they are often crowded with tourists.

Pros about Visions - less crowded, more laid-back feel to the place. You can kick it and have a beer. Almost every girl does the long bar rotation, so you get to see each girl up close. Girls are friendly, good two-way contact in both the general LD room and the private room. Good variety among the girls too - spinners to bolt-ons, young and older, white, black, and latin. And drink prices are reasonable - you can even buy a girl a drink without breaking the bank.

Cons about Visions - the long bar parade brings with it a little personal stage dance followed by a request for a tip from every single girl, even if you are talking to another girl at the time. There doesn't seem to be any way to avoid this, unless you just stand away from the bar, but that feels kinda dumb with a drink in your hand. Also, the hottest girls are in crazy-high demand on busy (weekend) nights, so unless you move fast, you may be waiting a long time, or miss out completely.
