For several years all my strip club visits in Chicago were to either Club O in Harvey or Club 390 in Chicago Heights. However, I heard good things about Skybox, just a couple of blocks up Halsted St. from Club O, and decided to check it out last fall. Since then I've been to Skybox a total of three times, always on weeknights around 10:30. This review is a summary of those three visits.

First of all, you can easily avoid paying the cover charge by going to their website -- http://www.skyboxchicago.com -- and having a coupon for free cover emailed to you.

Second, each weeknight there is a 50-cent special on some kind of beer. On Wednesday night, for example, a Heineken costs 50 cents. For that matter, other beers cost $1.50, so the special isn't even that special.
