I hadn't been to the Dolphin...

I hadn't been to the Dolphin in a couple of months. It used to one of my favorite clubs, but it was getting so slow in there as far as customers coming in and the dancer quality dipped, so I decided to stay away for awhile. Recently I had heard rumors that it closed down. I had to check it out for myself to see it was true.

I came in here last Saturday night. Sure enough it was still open. There is never any cover here (which I like). What I don't like is they don't have one dollar bills most of the time, you are forced to get two dollar bills (Casa Diablo and Dolphin 2 do this also). I'm not cheap, but that shit adds up pretty quickly. I got a Coors Light for $3.75, and then I sat back and looked at my surroundings. There were about 10 or so girls this Saturday night. There was one black girl, a couple of Latinas, and the rest were white. I was pleasantly surprised by the dancer quality. There was one 9.5, a few 8's and a few 7's, there were definitely a few girls I hadn't seen before. As far as the stageshow none of the girls really give you contact on stage, but there is a pool table behind the back stage if you like to play pool :) They have two main stages and three mini stages, but usually just the two main stages are in use.

Lapdances: The 20 buck dances are done in a curtained area close to the DJ Booth. The girls have to keep their bikini tops and bottoms on, but you can get good grinding, you can't touch the dancer though. I would say this area is relatively area. The VIP area is 3 songs for 100 bucks or 30 min for 250 minutes. The girls get topless in the VIP and you can touch the dancer. I would say the VIP area is pretty private too. Generally the bouncers won't bug you in VIP. I think the Dolphin has the most private Lap Dance and VIP area in Portland.
