After passing this place on Rte....

After passing this place on Rte. 21 for ages (including when it was names something else), I decided to stop in on a Friday evening (around 7) after work. The short of the story is, it was pretty dead and I would not suggest going that time. I will still try to go later (11? 12? 1?) if I am in the area.

Longer story: it is somewhat hard to get to, despite being off a major street. From Newark (North on Rt. 21) you need to...well, look it up, it isn't that hard. Just keep in mind it is not as easy as it appears. I have no idea how to get there going South on Rte 21.

The area is somewhat sketchy--there is an abandoned house next door, and several industrial building across the street. The inside looked good enough. Not posh, but not too bad. People were friendly, but they were just setting up. When I got there, somebody else was leaving and I was the only one. After several minutes, they dimmed the lights, and one women danced. She looked Latina, not thin, but not fat (although she could do to loose some of her stomach, she wasn't unattractive either.) She danced for several songs. Instead of approaching me, she went to have a cigarette with the manager after dancing. THis was probably for the better, since I was getting antsy anyway.
