I have to say that after a few visits, I am pretty impressed with the Porthole Pub.

The outside experience: Nice, big and well lit parking lot in a "normal" strip mall. It could be a bit awkward to visit during the day when all the other stores are open, but at night it is the only thing still going. The outside really looks like a normal bar and the "parking attendant" looks like it could be valet... but its not. You seem to always be charged for parking.. and it seems to be a varying amount. One time was $3... one time was $5.... who knows. Don't bother trying to park far away.. you will still be charged. Might as well park up close, pay the fee and the dude will watch you car also.

Once you pay your cover the bar is directly in front of you. Beers are normal prices and service is decent. The stage is a little bit too far away if you are sitting near the end of the bar but there are some "rail" seats and some other high tops closer. The lap dance area is in the back to the right of the stage. It is a row of 2 seater booths that have a divider between them.
