I went to Rick's on a weeknight so it may be different on the weekends. The club is quite nice inside. The main dance floor is well lit and there are these cool air blowers on the floor which is pretty sexy. I thought the girls were okay. There were a few that were hot. More importantly, some of the girls were sexy and danced well. I would go back to check it out on the weekend!
