I used to live in Middleton, for a period of about 6 months. At that time, this club was just called Outer Limits. It was a fun place to go, girls were younger a couple of years ago than they are now. Anyway, found myself back in Madison last weekend, and I convinced a couple of my friends to go out. We hit Visions and Silk Exotic. I prefer Visions, but my friends prefer Silk Exotic. The club has improved the interior since 2010. For a Friday evening, around 6 pm, the club seemed slow. Only about 6 dancers working. A lot of the tables were still empty. It did pick up after 8 pm.

The quality of dancers are a little more "professional" than they were in 2010. At that time we used to joke that the recruitment was from Middleton High. They appear to be a little older. I like them young, spinner types. They were not pushy, in fact, they seemed to attach themselves to certain tables and it was difficult to get them to pay attention to anyone else. This is not unique to Silk Exotic, I find the same thing at Visions. The girls do prefer to pay attention to their regulars. The dancing was nothing special, rather robotic in some ways. The girls seemed more interested in hanging at the bar than really dancing. Even dropping 5's on the stage and 20's at our table, we couldn't really get a lot of attention.

It is a good club for atmosphere. Good club for Madison. I am told the one in Milwaukee is better. The parking and location is better than Visions. Girls are relatively attractive, although no one stuck out, not like this really cute brunette in Uggs that was dancing at Visions. Drinks priced about the same as anywhere else. Bottle of beer was about 6 dollars. It is weird, for a college town, and a well known party school, the number of college girls working is very minimal. I guess the college girls in Madison don't need the extra cash.
