Got there around 12:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday. There was one customer at the bar and no dancers to be seen anywhere. I asked the owner if they were open and he was very friendly. He gave me a pen and told me that the dancers would be starting in a few minutes. The bar is immediately to the left when you walk in and the dance floor area is past the bar in the rear. Once the music started a dancer appeared but I had a hard time seeing anything except a blurry image from the bar because of all the black lights used over and around the stage. I moved to a seat at the stage and met Crimson a young brunette that was probably a 6 who had only been dancing for three weeks. She was pleasant to talk to while she danced (I was the only one at the stage) and I tipped her. The next dancer was Jade, a cute young blond spinner that was a 7 or 8. I looked for the first dancer while Jade performed however she went in the back room and never came out. Jade was very friendly and welcoming. She told me that she just started dancing and this was her fifth day dancing at the Top Hat. I gave her a tip and waited for the next dancer to come on stage. Before the next dancer appeared, Jade came out and sat next to me at the stage. We were having a nice conversation and I never even realized the next dancer had started. Her name was Destiny. She was a thick brunet maybe in her mid 30s and looked a little like Rosie O’Donelle. I would rate her around a 3. Jade pointed to her and said “That is my friend who talked me into dancing here.” Immediately thereafter Rosie, I mean Destiny, came to the edge of the stage and laid back and put her head in my lap while she danced. I got up to pull out my wallet to give her a tip so I could continue my conversation with Jade. I thought she got the hint however halfway through the second song she was back and demanded another tip. At that point I asked Jade if she did private dances so we could get away from her jealous friend. The dances were $25 each and were decent for a new dancer. The dance booths were open stalls with a love seat. Since no one else was back there it was private. She allowed touching everywhere I tried but I did not push the envelope. She did not reciprocate in the contact. I might stop by again the next time I am in the area however I would try a little later in the afternoon when there are more girls working.
