This was a really interesting experience. It is halfway between a strip club and a real club -- meaning, there are several groups of co-ed friends hanging out, as well as strippers in non-stripper outfits (perhaps after their shift?) hanging out as well. DJ was good, and the chicas were very attractive. Drinks were crazy expensive though. I never went to the old JPs, but let's just say this club is way different from Good Guys down the road -- Good Guys is your typical strip club; whereas JP's has much more of an upscale club vibe. No cover which is good. There is food but we didn't sample.

The chicas do really work it on stage; I read in WaPo a couple months ago that there would be private areas (albeit no lapdances) but we didn't see any evidence of that. The dancers really do work for their dollars, but there are several guys who literally make it rain to the tune of hundreds of dollars per dancer.

Good times and I'll go back.
