Actually, an interesting place, as I left Kandy's in Waterford (night and day). Partner's is dark, which is good because it hides the filth. Now if only there was something that hide the choking stench of cigarette smioke, ass sweat and the chafing dish full of eat-them-if-you-dare hotdogs or sausages.

I got there about 10:30-11pm on a Tghursday night and the place was already hopping. $10 to get in and it is byob. I saw guys roll in a large cooler of beers. The dancers range from 3-7/8. Your money can go a long way here, between the byob, a few dollar tips or the 3 dances for $45 booths to the side of the dancefloor, which looked to give substantial action.
