The place wasn't all that busy, and you have to enter through another entrance, called Karaoke Korral. The location has a restaurant in it. The dancer(s) were by no means slim and hand picked, but they tried their best to seem "exotic". I personally like my women a little on the thicker side. There isn't much more in the area that I'm aware of, so there isn't anything to live up to. I could take it or leave it. Definitely gives something to "think about later" if you're just needing the material.
