I was in Chicago and decided to check out Admiral. Doesn't seem to be many good options close to downtown, but this seemed like the best option available. It's about a 20 min cab ride from downtown, I got to the club around 11pm on a Thursday. When you walk in the door, there's a ticket booth type window, where they slap a $25 cover on you. Got inside and took a seat at a table near the stage. Setup is mostly tables in front and around the stage, with some VIP boxes/couches along the wall. Very big spacious room. Ordered a bottled water, as they don't serve alcohol, I think it was about $5.

They were having their amateur competition(very underwhelming), so everyone was watching that, this seemed to kill a lot of the traffic as I didn't see many dancers walk by. From the ones I could see sitting around the room, seemed like a decent mix of types, not many knock outs but definitely a few I would've been interested in. Unfortunately the show didnt allow me to really talk to any of them, as they weren't walking around. After about 10 mins, a cute little spinner came and sat right in my lap and asked if she could hang out. I said sure, and we started chatting. She grew on me, as she wasn't just that starved skinny type, rather she had a tiny waist (I could almost touch my hands together when they were around her) but she was fit and had the right amount of tone. I had a couple of the $10(I think) dances, and she was obviously trying to sell the $250/30 min private dance. I wasn't interested, but I did decide to do one of the $75 3 song private dances. Good mutual touching and contact, but that's it. After that I decided to head out.

I probably would try another place when back in Chicago, but I wouldn't say it was a bad experience. Just not great.
